CANADIAN HUMAN RIGHTS TRIBUNAL

IN THE MATTER of the complaint filed under section 7 of the Canadian Human Rights Act by Cindy Wilson dated October 5, 1995, against the Canadian National Railways Company. The complainant alleges that the respondent has engaged in a discriminatory practice on the grounds of family status in a matter related to employment.
