The Attorney General of Canada wants to keep some evidence in the case confidential because it could identify First Nation children and families who aren’t part of the court process.

The Tribunal agreed to keep information that could identify First Nation children confidential. But, the Tribunal didn’t agree that all the information could be used to identify children. Because of this, the Tribunal only agreed to keep some of the information confidential.
